Non-returnable Items & Services:
Customized PC builds or servers tailored to specific corporate requirements.
Software licenses, operating systems, and activated digital keys.
Products with physical damage, liquid spills, or evidence of unauthorized repair attempts.
Consumables such as printer toners, cartridges, and thermal paste once opened.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any technology hardware that does not meet the specified professional standards.

We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit via third-party couriers. We strongly recommend using insured logistics for high-value items like laptops and servers to ensure your technology remains protected during the journey.
Gifts:
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly, you will receive a store credit for the value. For corporate gifts, please contact your account manager for a specialized credit note to be applied.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with our standard financial compliance protocols.
